
Head of Sales EMEA PIG

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for strategic market development and team leadership? SKIOLD is looking for a Head of Sales EMEA PIG to drive growth and success in the EMEA region (excluding France and Sweden). As a key member of the Management Group PIG, you will lead and develop our sales team, dealers, and customers to strengthen SKIOLD’s presence in the market.
About the Role
The Head of Sales EMEA PIG will be responsible for leading and developing the regional sales team while ensuring SKIOLD’s products are effectively sold to PIG end customers and dealers in alignment with SKIOLD’s overall market and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management and development of the regional sales team to support customers and market growth
- Strategic market and customer development within the EMEA region
- Pipeline and sales forecast management
- Periodic follow-up and reporting on sales performance across the team
- Ensure adherence to SKIOLD’s sales processes and Code of Conduct
- Provide market intelligence to the SKIOLD Group
- Develop a structured framework for success
- Drive sales management strategies and budgets
- Manage own customer portfolio
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive market trend knowledge to provide optimal customer solutions
- Prepare periodic forecasts and budgets for internal stakeholders
- Develop business and internal organization, including external partnerships
- Establish a performance-driven culture, setting targets and monitoring progress
- Create individual sales targets and monitor team performance
- Attend customer meetings and support sales negotiations
- Provide market feedback for product development to SKIOLD’s product management team
- Foster strong cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize sales pipeline management to achieve agreed budgets
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization
- Promote cross-functional and business cooperation
- Enhance market presence through customer/dealer events
- Adapt company, solution, and product value propositions to fit market needs
- Lead in accordance with SKIOLD’s principles
- Ensure compliance with SKIOLD policies, Code of Conduct, and business governance
- Oversee team members' health & safety responsibilities
Key Priorities
- Develop and align market approach strategies across the EMEA region
- Strengthen sales team efforts in SKIOLD’s core and strategic markets
- Optimize existing sales channels with SKIOLD’s standard products
- Restore market confidence in SKIOLD and drive sales growth

- EMEA Sales Team and other SKIOLD functions and functional managers
Required Competencies
- Strong analytical and strategic commercial mindset

- Experience in change management and leading through challenging periods
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
Candidate Profile
- Senior-level sales and leadership experience
- Proven track record in solution selling, regional customer network management in an international setting
- Experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams
Additional Information
- The position is based at SKIOLD A/S in Ikast, Denmark, but remote work is possible
- Extensive travel across markets and SKIOLD locations is required
